Continuities of Authoritarianism in the Brazilian Legal Order

The Ius Commune – Interinstitutional Group on The History of Legal Culture – UFSC/CNPq, holds its 29th edition. This semester, the group contemplates the module of discussions entitled “Continuities of Authoritarianism in the Brazilian legal order”, in order to analyze doctrine, legislation and jurisprudence and identify authoritarian traits in current Brazilian law and relations of continuity of law between authoritarian and democratic political regimes.

Participants attending at least 75% of the meetings will be awarded a 30-hour certificate/class.
